About Master Gould

Master Instructor Anthony Gould, 6th Degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do; began his training under Grand Master Brian Lagimoniere in 1972. The classes were extremely disciplined and very demanding, 5 - 6 days a week. Always true to his one and only instructor, Master Gould was exposed to Martial Arts greats such as Ahn Ye Mo, of Texas, Master Jose Santamaria of Fort Worth Texas, Master Jung Su Lee of Manchester NH, and Master James Johnson, Head Instructor for the Marines at Camp Lejeune, NC. Master Gould began teaching Tae Kwon Do first in Athol Massachusetts and then in 1975 opened his school in Gardner. He taught 2 classes a day, 6 days a week.

Master Gould was a fierce competitor in Karate tournaments and is a recipient of over 120 awards and trophies, over 20 Grand Champion titles in open Karate tournaments all over the country.

In over 35 years of teaching in the Greater Gardner area, Master Gould has promoted over 125 students to the Black Belt level. He is well known for his talks about morals and lessons that have taught over 3000 students of all ages. Anthony is in expert in Self-Defense for women.
